Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.
